Glastonbury Festival 2013

Paying by Debit or Credit Card - Payments can be made up until 24th May  2013. Submit your request and make secure payment HERE. You can also print a PDF copy of the form HERE to send in the post , then call the Aggreko Events Team on 01543 476080 with your card details to make payment.

Paying by BACS - Royal Bank of Scotland Sort Code 83-06-08, Account 0013976, IBAN GB14 RBOS 8306 0800 1339 76, SWIFT RBOS-GB-2L.  Submit your request and make secure payment HERE. You can also print a PDF copy of the form HERE and send in the post. Payment must be made by 24th May 2013. If ordering online you will be given a unique order number to quote when making payment.. If possible please quote your Trader Name and Pitch number.

Paying by Cheque - Cheques should be made payable to 'Aggreko UK Ltd' and submitted by 30th April. Cheques can be post-dated to 17th May 2013. Submit your order online HERE. Please post cheque separately writing Trader Name and Pitch details clearly on the reverse. You will also be given a unique reference number when placing your order online. This should also be written on the reverse of the cheque.  You can also print a PDF copy of the form HERE and send in the post.

Guidelines on Power Requirements

Please note that Aggreko cannot be held responsible if incorrect power requirements are ordered. It is the customers responsibility to check each appliance individually to ascertain how much power it requires. Electrical appliances such as fridges, coolers, microwaves etc should have a plate or sticker detailing the information you need. Please call us if you need information and support on 01543 476080. We will do all we can to assist you in making the right choice.      

Guidelines on Safety

All equipment connected to an electricity supply must carry a current Portable Appliance Test Certificate (PAT Test) and should comply with BS7671, IEE regulations.

Metal frames used to construct stalls and tents must be earthed in accordance with the above regulations

Aggreko reserve the right to re-schedule installation subject to planning and demand.

Socket outlets will be directly within 25 metres of your trading pitch. Please ensure that you bring at least 25m of cable with the correct plug attached to fit the socket outlet you have ordered. As many cables look the same, it is advisable to clearly label your cable so it is distinguishable from others in order to avoid confusion. 

You must only use the supply that is allocated to you. Connecting to another traders supply is prohibited for any reason. Doing so may result in your supply being disconnected, with a reconnection charge applicable for reconnection.

Power consumption on each pitch is monitored. Anyone found using more than their ordered amount will be correctly charged at the  appropriate onsite rate. A reconnection charge will also be applied for the installation.

Caravans, tents and other accommodation vehicles requiring power must be supplied from the trading supply. If any additional outlet is required, then a caravan socket must be purchased.

No claim can be made against Aggreko for any losses incurred due to loss of power after connection. Aggreko will however Endeavour to maintain a 24 hour supply, and in the event of a power failure, reinstate power as soon as is reasonably possible.

Do not overload your power supply. If you pay for a shared supply, this is a max of 2kW. A standard kettle peaks at 3kW, so will overload the supply and trip out anyone else on that circuit.

Guidelines on Supply Types

0.5kW and 2kW shared supplies will be fed from a circuit which also supplies other traders. Over loading this type of circuit will cause a trip for all traders on the same supply.

A maximum of one shared supply only to be ordered per pitch, and no other supply can be requested for that pitch.

Caravan sockets are limited to 5 Amps per socket outlet. They are not to be used to power refrigerated units or trading pitches.

3 Phase fridge truck supplies will be 32 Amp 5 Pin Outlets. If a 4 Pin outlet is required please state this on your order under 'Additional Information'

All socket outlets will be IEC 309/BS4343 Type.
