If ordering for the first time

Please enclose an example photocopy or garment with logo design, showing the school name, crest or logo to be printed or embroidered. Please show colours.

VAT Guidelines

Orders for children are not subject to VAT However, orders placed for adults are subject to VAT please mark clearly ADULT or CHILD when ordering

Payment

If you do not hold an account payment will be required immediately. You can pay over our 100% secure payworld site most switch and credit cards excepted or Send a cheque to Direct4;ogos.com or Direct4schools.com

If you hold an account, you will receive an invoice when the order is dispatched and payment will be due within 14 days from the date of invoice

Shipping and Handling

If delivered to school this will be done at the end of each calender month

Direct to your home this order will be delivered within 5 working days from the receipt of your order if held in stock .

New customers- 21 days following approval of embroidery design

Should you require urgent delivery please call and we will do all we can

Minimum order

no minimum order although delivery charges will vary please ask when ordering

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right
